* Responsible for providing Benefits Administration functional and technical support for Benefits Open Enrollment period.


PeopleSoft HRMS v8.9 - Customer Enhancements for The Children's Hospital - May 2008 - Oct 2008

* Responsible for designing and developing User Profile Management Process to control the creation and updating of PeopleSoft HR user profile accounts. Process consisted of Application Engine program and Component Interface.
* Responsible for designing and developing a manager workforce review inquire pages. This functionality offered the management the ability to review data all the employees that report directly and indirectly to the manager/VP/Director.
* Responsible for providing Benefits Administration functional and technical support for upcoming Benefits Open Enrollment period.

PeopleSoft HRMS v8.9 - Upgrade from 8.8 for Time Warner Telecom - Dec 2007 - May 2008

* Responsible for performing Move To Production Upgrade using Change Assistant and custom programs.
* Utilized Change Assistant to practice Move To Production upgrade and created multiple 8.9 environments for Development, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

PeopleSoft HRMS v8.9 - Open Enrollment Support for The Children's Hospital - Oct 2007

* Responsible for providing functional and technical guidance with client's 2008 Benefits Open Enrollment process.
* Reviewed and altered Benefit Event Rules and Benefit Programs to support current OE process.
* Performed enrollment testing via eBenefits and Election Entry panel.
* Provided data mover scripts to migrate setup data to production and other test environments.
* Provided knowledge transfer to client via Open Enrollment "How-To" document based on their benefits settings.

PeopleSoft HRMS v8.9 - Upgrade from 8.8 for Time Warner Telecom - July 2007 - Sep 2007

* Responsible for performing initial Move To Production Upgrade. Utilized Change Assistant to upgrade both the client's 8.8 hr demo environment and production 8.8 environment to version 8.9. Re-applied customizations to 8.9 environments to allow the client to test functionality.
